Process: FraKtal Knest’s methodology and process are central to designing a curated Apex Associate experience. Ideal time to engage for this tier is 3-6 months before the project is ready for interior fit-out.
Project Scale: Apex Associate engagements are undertaken for residences with a minimum carpet area of 1500 sq. ft, ensuring efficient planning and meaningful design outcomes.
Timeline: Time is a critical component for delivering the FK Apex Associate experience.
- Minimum time to evolve design directions – 1.5 – 2 Months.
- Minimum time to source bespoke artefacts/ furniture – 2 – 6 Months.
- Minimum time to deliver an end-to end experience – 6 – 9 Months.
Bespoke Interior Design & Build Solution: As per FK’s standards.
